Who we are

The Right Fit is a recruitment and executive-search agency operating from Cairo, Egypt, and serving clients across the MENA region. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy. You can reach us at info@therightfittalent.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through this website:

• From employers: your name, company, work email, phone number if you give one, and the details of the role you are briefing us on.
• From candidates: your name, email, phone number if you give one, current role and employer, field and seniority, location, LinkedIn profile, any CV you upload, and anything you write in the notes field.
• From general enquiries: your name, email, and your message.

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Why we use it

We use your information to respond to you, to run the search you have briefed us on, and — for candidates — to consider you for roles that genuinely fit. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone outside The Right Fit except as described below.

Lawful basis

We process your information on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in operating a recruitment business. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We share a candidate's details with a prospective employer only with that candidate's explicit consent, on a role-by-role basis. We never put anyone forward without asking first. Employer briefs are treated as confidential and are not shared beyond the people running the search.

How long we keep it

We keep candidate information for as long as it is useful to represent you, and employer information for as long as we have an active or prospective relationship. [Confirm a stated retention period before launch.] You can ask us to delete your data at any time and we will do so.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to us and we will act on it:

• Access — ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to fix anything that is wrong or out of date.
• Deletion — ask us to erase your data entirely.
• Withdrawal — withdraw your consent to us representing you, at any time.

How we protect it

Information you send us is transmitted over an encrypted connection and access is limited to the people who need it to do the search. We ask you not to send sensitive personal information (health, religion, political views) — we do not need it and do not want it.
